Standard paragraphs of text can be created, stored and easily inserted anywhere in your document; paragraph styles are defined as part of a particular format and any paragraph can be changed to a different style; facilities specifically designed for use with voice dictation are built in.
The system is complete with full on-line help that is available whenever you have a problem. Every dialog box has a help button that will take you directly to that part of the manual.

There are 2 versions of the software. One is for versions of Word 2000, 2002 (or XP as it was known) and 2003. The other is for Word 2007/2010. Please make sure you download the correct version for your system.
